High Frequency IGBT Module for ZVZCS Inverter Welder
This paper presents a kind of high frequency IGBT module, which is especially developed for inverter welder application. Some key technologies including IGBT chip and low stray inductance packaging are introduced in detail. Furthermore, as the typical application of this kind of module, one zerovoltage and zero-current switching (ZVZCS) inverter topology for welders is shown. At last, the experiment results indicate that the good performance is achieved.
