High-Power IGBT Modules with high reliable performance

摘要：

The new High-Power IGBT Modules (HPM) for large power conversion system are described in this paper. The module lineup consists of 1.2kV, 1.7kV and 3.3kV voltage classes, three types of package, and current ratings for 600 to 3,600A among a total of 16 types of product. The High-Power IGBT Modules have been developed based on the concepts of the low thermal impedance and high environmental performance. This paper introduces the summary and technical development of the modules.
