We Are At the Crossroad Now;Where Are We to Go Nezt? Brief Comments and Suggestions on Indigenous Research in China

摘要：

Responding to Anne S.Tsui and the other leading scholars criticizes on Chinese management research,the author aims to offer a close observation on the bias in Chinese management scientific community(CMSC),and to depict a clear misunderstanding on the international mainstream,the author argues CMSC should turn back to the two fundamental objectives,what the truth of Chinese management is,and how to aid the executives to improve the performance,which also was referred by Tsui,thus,the author asserts CMSC should focus on the indigenous research instead of primarily being geared to international standards.A paradigmatic shift focusing on context and multi-methodologies is expected and carried out.
