Research on Network Governance Mechanism Model Based on the Value Constellation

摘要：

Value constellation is an advanced value-creating model that surpasses value chain.It has challenged the traditional governance mechanisms.The emerging network governance is an appropriate model for its governance.Considering the characteristics of value constellation,its network governance model is composed of centripetal control system and centrifugal control system.The former contains flexible mechanisms such as trust mechanism,coordinated mechanism and learning mechanism;while the latter is made up of rigid mechanisms such as authority mechanism,reputation market mechanism and legal protection mechanism.The organic combination of the two systems can keep value constellation operating efficiently and developing harmoniously.
