Strategy Changes in Healthcare in the New Economy

摘要：

This conceptual paper examines the area of what Thai hospital strategy should be in this knowledge-based era.The study will discuss about the healthcare environment,the eras of strategy that moving from economies of scale,to economies of scope and economies of expertise,benefits of becoming network in healthcare,and followed by internal capabilities factors,network alliance factors that impact alliance success.
