Strategic Resources,Organizational Capabilities and Performance:An Ezploration Study of RBV in Thai Manufacturing Firms

摘要：

The resources-based theory suggests that the firm that effectively exploits its value and rare resources and capability will attain competitive advantage,which in turn contributes to its performance.This study asserted that the resources-based theory should be tested at the conceptual-level.The purpose of this study is to understand how strategic resources and organizational capabilities impact on organizations success and survival.This study will contribute to strategic management context especially resourcesbased view of the firm theory to explain why do firms outperform other? and how resources contribute to firms performance?
