A Study on Building a Performance Measurement Model for Public Information Systems

摘要：

With the introduction of a large amount of information technology including e-government into the governments administrative affairs,numerous researches were conducted to evaluate the performance of IT-based administrative affairs;however,given that the ultimate goal of such IT efforts is to enhance organizational performance,further research has yet to be conducted into integrated evaluation models.Thus,this study examines the relationship between the introduction of IT systems and organizational performance in a bid to present an appropriate integrated evaluation model for the levels of IS performance.
