Ezploring of Regional Economic-culture Festival Evolution Process

摘要：

We make systematically research to regional economic-culture festival evolution process through establishing a series of dynamic economic-mathematics models including value added model,operation pattern evolution model and sustainable development model of regional economic-culture festival.The corresponding conclusions indicate regional economic-culture festival's initial social value and social value added should both be greater than zero,and such festivals have to experience government-run government-guide & civilian-run and finally to civilian-run .In other words,with accumulation of advertisement value during government-run ,it comes to government-guide & civilian-run which means civilian cannot afford all the cost for the festival and the official is still in charge.When advertisement can afford all the cost and investors are in charge what we call civilianrun . Considering sustainable development,the result is consistent with frontal conclusions.
