A Research On Regional Innovation Strategies And Innovation Environment of Tangshan city Adhering to Bohai Sea.
Regional innovation will help to overcome the financial crisis,and help the economic development to go out of a trough period of economy.Regional innovation environment will be a direct impact on regional innovation development.Tangshan,a resource-intensive heavy industry city in north China,is close to Beijing and Tianjin,and it has developed more than one hundred years by traditional modes of production.Improving the regional innovation environment will be conducive to Tangshan to change this traditional mode of production and to save energy.This article analyzes 22 key indicators of regional innovation environment of Tangshan by using principal component and clusters analysis methods.It gives comprehensive comparison result of innovation environment among 11 prefecture-level cities near Bohai Sea.It also points out general precedence of Tangshan among 11 cities and problems which Tangshans innovative environment has.Based on these,the essay proposes some specific measures to improve innovative environment of Tangshan..The international economy will furtherly continue to contract our countrys exterior demand,and the resources environments pressure makes the transforms of production method more required day by day.Tangshan,one of the north port cities of China,is facing how to develop continually under the stern international circumstance.This article will analyze the Tangshan regional innovation environment,and propose some countermeasure in order to perfect the Tangshan regional innovation policies and regulations,innovation network and the innovation platform,enterprise innovations environment and overall innovation atmosphere.
