A Study on the Service Quality of Business Administration Education of Korean Universities

摘要：

The main purpose of this study is to identify the difference in business education between Korean national universities and private universities service quality to build the strategy of business education Korean universities.The results of this study show that there are some differences between Korean national universities and private universities in the quality factors of not only class teaching contents and methods but also professors individual reliability,responsiveness and empathy of management education service.And then the results of this research analysis show that to improve of students satisfaction and loyalty,it should most need the professors ability,developing the service quality,and strengthen the employment support program.
