The Service Quality of Amusement Parks in Korea
This study is conducted to identify which service quality factors influence customers satisfaction at the amusement parks in Korea.The results of this study will both contribute to increase service quality at amusement parks in Korea and help develop a competitive advantage for the amusement park industry in Korea,which is opening doors to global theme and amusement park industry leaders.
