A Study on the Service Quality and Customers Satisfaction of the Security Companys Home Trading System
This study tried to research the home trading systcm(HTS) using the Internet in order to grasp how home trading system influence the customer satisfaction and loyalty.For this purpose,this study examined relevant literature,performed a survey,and employed statistical methods to analyze data.The result of this study shows:(1) the quality factors of HTS significantly affect customers satisfaction but do not significantly affect customers loyalty to HTS and (2) the quality of HTS plays an important role in improving customers satisfaction loyalty to security companies.
