Organizational Innovation and Business Performance A Multidimensional Analysis of Thai SMEs
The small and medium sized companies in increasing numbers are planning on allocating more resources in the area of organizational innovation that they believe affect firm performance. But they do not fully understand how to relate these innovations to their strategic goals or establish a connection between innovative activities undertaken and outcomes achieved.Failure to make such connections has led many companies to misdirect their investments and incur ineffective results. This study takes a multidimensional approach of innovation to examine the innovation-performance relationship across industries in Thailands SME sector.
