Research On The Methods & Conditions Of The Organization Innovation
Because of the organization innovation interlacing together with other issues,and it relate to kinds of beneficiary which nourish different desires and objectives,and further these desires and objectives are joined with manifold new technology,we should give up the hard systems method and adopt the soft systems methodology.We also think the organization want to survive and development,it should keep a creative tension between the legitimate system and shadow system,and further let the organization at the edge of chaos state,the organization will be capable of carrying out its fundamental mission or pursuing its brand-new fundamental mission by the new manners.
