A Study on the Service Quality of Gyeonggi Province Large UniversitiesBusiness Education

摘要：

The main purpose of this study is to identify the difference in business education service quality among three large universities to build the strategy of management education Korean universities.The results of this study show that there are much differences among three universities in the quality factors of not only class teaching contents and methods but also professors individual reliability,responsiveness and empathy.The results also show that the management education service quality of the university that is under temporary control of the government is poorest.Then the management education service quality of the university,which has been implemented performance based reward system for professors since 2006,is highest among three universities.
