Comparative Ethics and Culture in New Zealand and India

The world of business is changing.Gone are the days of creating and developing new businesses within a single country.For most businesses to be successful,time and finances must be allocated to discovering and developing successful business relationships in foreign countries.To do this,grasping the basic concepts of societal,ethical,and business cultures of the country desired will allow for the highest profits and long-term foreign relationships.This paper focuses on the countries of New Zealand and India.Both countries are experiencing an emerging boom in population and in their economies,making these two destinations powerful players in the global market.It is also imperative that corporations understand other cultures visions on corporate social responsibility.This paper aims to aid the businessperson interested in beginning relationships in these two countries.
