Ezploitation and Ezploration in Innovation:Effects of Open Innovation

摘要：

This paper investigated the combination of exploitation and exploration process.As markets become more dynamic and competitive,firms are more required to become ambidextrous organizations,which can achieve both exploitation and exploration process.We explained how open innovation can play a critical role in the way to become an ambidextrous organization.
