Evaluation of IT Project Based Upon Activity-Based Approach

摘要：

IT (Information Technology) managers have used many different approaches to predicting costs of their projects.But,it is still very unclear how costs of an IT project have been measured.The activity-based approach to IT project budgeting helps project managers to predict which activities in developing and introducing IT would cause the consumption of project resources such as hardware,software,people.By modeling a number of the general activities regarding IT project,this study is intended to help project managers predict which activities are highly correlated to causing the costs of time.
