Quickening the Pace of Chinas Anti-Circumvention Legislation

摘要：

As China employs anti-dumping measures to protect domestic industries,more and more foreign enterprises begin to circumvent Chinas anti-dumping measures.Therefore,it is urgent to perfect the anti-circumvention law.So far,we cannot purely copy the anti-circumvention law of other countries.It is advisable to establish a practicable anti-circumvention law based on foreign circumventions in China.The paper starts with summary of specific types of foreign circumventions against anti-dumping measures in China,then analyzes the features of those circumventions,next points out the loopholes in Chinas legislation of anti-circumvention and finally sets forth some proposals.
