The Roles Played by Justice in Marketing Channel Relationships
This study focuses on the relationship between a large-scale retailer and its suppliers.It examines the role of large-scale retailers channel justice in developing long-term relationships.Three types of justice,distributive justice,procedural justice and interactive justice are investigated.The study reveals strong evidence suggesting that suppliers perceptions of justice enhance a quality relationship.Conclusions and limitations arc presented.
