Analysis of the Reverse Sourcing-A Game Theoretical Approach

摘要：

Reverse sourcing is more and more popular in procuring the products and service online which saves the searching and buying cost for buyer as well as the transaction cost to avoid the black case work and unfair competition.By using the auction theory,this paper analyzes 2 and Yl suppliers bidding online strategy respectively which shows that the bidding price is approximately the true cost of the suppliers with more and more sellers involvement and participation.
