A Study on MNEs Choices of Service Outsourcing in China:Policy,Technology,and Industry Perspectives

Under the background of globalization of world economy,the trend of Multi-National Corporations (MNEs) outsourcing the no-hardcore business lo the emerging countries such as China,India and Mexico is more and more evident.At the same time,the service outsourcing industry plays a more and more significant role in the economic development in China,Based on a dataset of China,this paper use the structural equation model examines the impact of policy,technology and industry on MNEs choice of service outsourcing in china.We consider the determinants of the choice of MNEs on service outsourcing is the policy factor,which is more important than technology factor and industry factor.
