Human Resource Development Strategy Based on Customer Value

Customer value is recently considered as source of core competitive strength in modern enterprises.Development strategy is aimed at how to gain,keep and create customer value better.As an important branch of enterprise management,the management orientation also face this trend.Started from the view of customer value,the paper discusses the influence of customer value on strategic development of HR activities,especially what change customer value brings to management function of HR.
