The Study of Corporate Social Responsibility Performance Evaluation from the Perspective of Symbiosis

With the development of globalization of economy,the 21 st century is becoming the era of symbiosis,and coincidence with this trend of times is the introduction of symbiosis into corporate social responsibility (CSR).This paper analyses the intrinsic characters of corporate social responsibility from the perspective of symbiosis,brings forward a concept of CSR Symbiont and a viewpoint that the symbiosis power between an enterprise and its stakeholders is a driving force of its sustainable development.Based on the concept and the viewpoint,this paper builds up an CSR performance evaluation index system and constructs a evaluation model with fuzzy AHP method.At the last part of the paper,a case is applied to introduce the operating process of this method.Also some feasible suggestions are put forward on how to improve CSR performance.
