Research on Government Service Administration under Public Ezpectations

摘要：

Nowadays,government management is heading towards forming a service oriented government.So its necessary and valuable to research the means by which government implement service administration both theoretically and practically.Based on the basic thought and analyzing pattern of service management,the author makes a category of public expectations.Taking into consideration of the relationship between different expectation and government service,the author also discusses the fundamental thinking pattern and management ways of public-expectation-oriented government service.The author hopes that this paper can have practical meaning to governments service management.
