A Study of the ERP System Service Quality:Relationship between System Satisfaction and Job Satisfaction

This Study attempts to measure service quality of ERP system by using KS-SQI(korea standard-service quality index).We analyzed the relationship among service quality,system satisfaction,and job satisfaction under the circumstance of ERP system operation.Of the seven variables of KS-SQI,accessibility,reliability,prime service are found to influence service quality of ERP system.We also found service quality of ERP system affects system satisfaction,and system satisfaction influence job satisfaction of user group.
