INTERFACE DESIGN BETWEEN ANSYS, MIDAS AND AUTOCAD FOR NUMERICAL MODELLING OF TUNNEL
The numerical modeling has been used for the analysis of rock engineering stability as one of the most important way. The Auto LISP, C language、HP-GL drawing language and APDL language were applied to build the interface between ANSYS、 MIDAS and AutoCAD. By this interface, users could conveniently build the structure model with AutoCAD instead of ANSYS. The drawing of ANSYS can also be transferred into the vector drawing of AutoCAD. So using this interface, we can effectively improve modeling speed, model quality, and simplify the analytical work on the engineering. This interface has a very high practical value in design and construction of geotechnical engineering.
