EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON APPLICATION OF COMPOSITE SOIL BINDING AGENT IN STABILIZED SOIL
Soil curing technique is commonly applied at home and abroad. By using soil curing technology, the original loose soil has the fixed overall strength and good property. Experimental study on the new curing material, composite soil binding agent, also known as solid soil king, in some specified circumstances, can be directly used to replace cement in various soil and natural mud and sand mixture. To diminish experiment times and obtain the best mix ratio, uniform design is used to perform the experiments, that is, under given experiment conditions, uniform design table is adopted to determine the test mix ratio. Selecting experimental factors as variables, and Excel software for regression analysis, regression equation is obtained. The curing soil property of composite soil cementation material is studied in experiment, and the influence of material on strength is investigated. Optimal value of strength under given experiment conditions is calculated. The results of the study have great value of application and popularization, and provide important basis for further develop soil curing material to satisfy various engineering requirements.
