A Case Study on the Supply-chain Reengineering Based on Information Integration of Logistics

摘要：

A case of supply chain reengineering based on logistics information integration has been studied on the background of tobacco industry of China in this paper. Under the framework of logistics information integration system, the problem of key data integration has been solved by integration of the digitalization management system of distribution centers and the information management system of logistics on the way etc. Based on the standardized workflow management, the data acquisition of distribution centers has been performed automatically. Supported by the logistics information integration system, supply chain reengineering of the tobacco industry has been proposed to develop the running mode of the supply chain from pattern of make-to-stock to pattern of make-to-order.
