Research and Implementation on Vocational Career Ladder Plan of Staff in Small and Medium-sized Enterprise of China

Vocational career management of an organization are mainly applied in the staff quality evaluation and career counseling, staff career training and the staff vocational steps plan. In China, the implementation of staff vocational career steps and ladders plan still is at the exploration stage. This paper discusses the factors and basic thinking order for the design process of the vocational career steps and ladders plan through introducing the process to guide some enterprises to set up their vocational career steps and ladders plan. The author hopes to help the localization of Chinas vocational career management.
