Numerical simulation of hole drilled along coal seam for gas drainage and ezplosion
The paper is based on the flowing theory of gas, taking hole drilled along coal seam as an ob ject of research, according to mass conservation in multi-hole medium, the mathematical model about borehole draining gas has been set, took No. 14207 working face in Shaqu coal mine as an example by using FLUENT to simulate the gas field, and compared and analyzed effect of actual drainage in mine, then gained the gas drainage parameters which adapted to coal seams of the mine. It may be applied widly in Shaqu mines or other mines with similar conditions of coal seams storage, and will avail to produce safe ly in high gas mines.
