Optimization and design of coal mine safety supervision information flow based on Internet/Intranet
Safety is the most important thing in coal mine production. There are many kinds of hidden dangers, which threaten the miners lives when mining underground because of the influence of water, fire, gas, braises, and roof and so on natural disaster. In order to discover and eliminate the hidden dangers, the safety supervi sion becomes one of the most popular methods in current coal mine safety management, and the safety supervi sion information becomes the unique element of production during the development of coal mine enterprise. With the perfection of coal mine laws and regulations and the application of enterprise computers and network, many coal mine enterprises and administration sections have made series of rules and regulations in the aspect of safety management, and have carried on exploration of each kind of safety information management pattern, but there is not an unitive and normalized flow of collection, transmission, and processing and so on links of safety supervision information, the existence of slow transmission and unresponsive processing and so on bottleneck links leads to the inadequate function of safety supervision information. Investigating the scene and studying the theory ,applying the thought of Business Optimization, inducing and analyzing the methods of information man agement which are applied by various coal mines in current time, carrying on the optimization design of coal mine safety supervision information flow, realizing the prompt collection, fast transmission and punctual pro cessing of safety supervision information, and using the computer network to realize dispersion collection, cen tralized processing and safe early warning and so on functions, forming a set of formal safety supervision infor mation flow, supplying method and technical support for the coal mine management.
