R&D of truck mounted mine rescue assistant decisionmaking command system
The paper introduces the research and development of a mine rescue Command system (TMMRADCS) , and its makeup, usage, system principle, construction and characteristics. The paper also describes the practical function and economics of TMMRADCS. According to the Underground Coal Mine Safety Regulations, the TMMRADCS-a station wagon is equipped as an Aircraft Carrier for mine rescue command equipments. The truck compartment is divided into two parts, the front part and the rear part. One part is used as a monitoring and command room to perform continuous monitoring, rescue com munication and providing real time information of changes of toxic and/or harmful gases and explosion risk to the command headquarters. The other part is used as a meeting and storage room to work out rescue plan, carries out emergent measures and reports the situation to the headquarters; it is also used to store necessary rescue devices and materials. The system has adopted a state-of-art wireless network technique which can transmit the video/audio information of toxic and/or harmful gas situation and the explosion risk to the State Safety Production Urgent Response and Rescuing Command Center. It can also accomplish tel econference functionality to provide scientific basis for decision making. It comes up to the advanced world standards and fills the gaps in the fields of mine rescuing.
