Post-accident human reliability analysis and control of mine hoisting system
The mine hoisting accident is a kind of common disaster accident, 70% ~ 90% of which result from human errors. Importance of human reliability in systems has been accepted widely, but applications of human reliability are limited in aerospace, aviation and nuclear industries, and not common in industri al and mining enterprises. Using the method of THERP + HCR this paper mainly studies post-accident hu man error events of mine hoisting system which reflects accident consequence seriousness and accident treatment urgency. It ascertains cognitive failure probability P1, non-response probability P2 and the fail ure probability P3, and quantities and appraises degree of human reliability. Finally this paper analyzes causes of hoisting accident human errors and puts forward control measures by which probability human er ror can be reduced to the lowest limit.
