Analysis of Earthquake Disaster Prevention and Mitigation of the New Structures
Traditionally, the seismic structure systems rely on the overall load-bearing capacity (integrity) and the deformation capacity of the structures to absorb and dissipate seismic energy in order to protect buildings from collapse. In this paper, according to the analysis of the collapse reasons of the buildings and the characteristics of urban earthquake disaster, we propose several new types of structure systems to minimize the damage of the earthquake and facilitate the disaster prevention and mitigation. Based on the brief analysis of the disaster prevention and mitigation performance, structural ductility properties as well as convenient construction characteristics, several examples are given. The results show that arched corrugated metal roof and CS plate structure of the residential system are overall structures with larger stiffness, and their anti-earthquake abilities are obvious. In addition, the U-shaped steel concrete composite beam structure is more suitable for cities and towns where bridge need to quickly mended. Finally, this paper provides a reference thought for future planning and designing in the worst-hit areas to improve the seismic design.
