The Harmonious Combination Design of the Facilities for Recreation and Disaster Mitigation in Disaster Prevention Park

摘要：

A disaster prevention park is the location with functions of emergency shelter in case of strong earthquakes. It is built for protecting public life and property from mass losses and enhancing urban disaster prevention structure. The harmonizing combination of the facilities for recreation and disaster mitigation, which is the important concept, ensures the double-side function of a disaster prevention park. This paper has probed into the harmonious design of emergency shelter for earthquake and park land, waterscape and water supply for disaster preventing, woodland and fire proofing belt area, broadcasting, communicating, powering facilities and lighting facilities, park warehouse and the storage of material for disaster prevention, entrance and periphery configuration.
