Overview of Traffic Organization Management Study in Emergency
Nowadays, the world changes at a glance, all kinds of emergencies happen frequently, such as natural disasters, terrorist attack, plague, fire, etc, which are threatening peoples life anytime, Therefore, it is the study focus that how to do a rapid response to emergency, how to evacuate and transfer the crowd quickly, how to cut down casualties and losses, and a large number of study achievements are gained. This paper introduces the study achievements about traffic organization management in emergency at home and abroad detailedly, including two parts of emergency system and theory study , on this side of emergency system, this paper explains the composition, responsibility and task of emergency system in America and Australia, along with traffic emergency preplan in Beijing and Dalian, on this side of theory study, this paper introduces evacuation behaviors theory and evacuation simulation models. By analyzing documents at home and abroad, conclusions can be gained that studies on traffic organization management in emergency were carried out earlier in abroad than in china, and study achievements on evacuation models are more in building than in transportation.
