Study on Seismic Response of Zhengzhou Yellow River Highway-railway Bridge
On the basis of detailed 3D model and free vibration analysis of Zhengzhou yellow river highway-railway plate truss composite cable-stayed bridge, the paper compares seismic time-history response under uniform excitation with considering traveling wave effect no-uniform excitation. Analytical result shows that transverse stiffness is weaker than vertical stiffness and the first mode of vibration is transverse bend vibration. Error effect of initial tension doesnt exceed 4% through analysis of the cable initial tension effect to free vibration. Because of its strong integral stiffness, this structure with single cable plane and short-pylon plate truss is close to continuous steel truss beam. Traveling wave effect is distinct to seismic response. When seismic wave acceleration is not more than 0.15g, the bridge structure is secure.
