Research on Retrofitted Measures of Huilan Bridge in Mianzhu City after Earthquake
This paper introduces Huilan bridge in Mianzhu city existed varying disease characteristics because of Wenchuan 5 · 12 earthquake, among these disease characteristic, the most serious one is found the plastic hinge region of the piers. Then all kinds of the retrofitted measures are adopted in response to these disease characteristics. Among these retrofitted measures, however, the steel jacket of pier as an important retrofitted system is discussed emphatically in the paper.
