Apoptotic-like PCD in HeLa cells induced by co-immobilized TNF-α plus IFN-γ

摘要：

The antiproliferative effect of co-immobilized TNF-α plus IFN-γ on the mitochondrial pathway is investigated and one kind of mitochondria apoptotic signals is released. It is observed that the co-immobilized TNF-α plus IFN-γ induced PCD is a caspase-indcpendent cell death with nuclear localization of EndoG.
