Role of NF-κB in liriodenine induced spoptosis in human hepatocellular carcinoma BEL-7402 cell line

摘要：

Liriodenine(LRD) induces apoptosis in human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line BEL-7402, inhibits the proliferation of BEL-7402 cells, show dose-response relationship. LRD treated the cells, NF-κB activity was inhibited. LRD could suppress the growth of the cells via inducing them to apoptosis, rapidly inhibit activition and translocatin of NF-κB.
