Soft Cluster Analysis of Circular Economy Development Level in China

摘要：

An evaluation index system of the circular economy development level is established in this paper based on the full analysis of existing factors. And then, a new soft cluster method of GA-ISODATA is employed to analyze the circular economy development level of 31 regions in China . The result is that the 31 regions of China are classified in three groups: best, better and general. In general, regions in eastern areas and/or in central areas have higher development level of circular economy.
