A Strong Convergence Theorem for Nonezpansive Mappings and Monotone Mappings
The purpose of this paper is to propose a hybrid method for finding a common element of the set of fixed points of a nonexpansive mapping and the set of solutions of a variational inequality problem for an inverse strongly-monotone mapping. We obtain a strong convergence theorem. The results of this paper improved and extended the results of W.Takahashi and Toyoda W.Takahashi, Toyo-daW, Weak convergence theorems for nonexpansive mappings and monotone mappings. Journal of Optimization Theory And Applications:vol 118,417-428 (2003), J and some others in some respects.
