Reformation of talent training plan for Economics and Management major in China University of Mining and Technology (CUMT) is carried out on the basis of the objective of cultivating fully developed inter-disciplinary talents, the main measures of which includes enrolment and cultivation in accordance with main category of specialties, increase of class hours for practice teaching and laboratory courses, construction of the standardization and networking for core courses, encouragement of students participation in research training and so on.
