Innovation Research on Personnel Training Modes in Business Management of P&T Universities in China
In recent years, the innovation of personnel training mode is the hot spot on teaching reform in institutions of higher learning, also is the key to deepening the educational reform in China. Personnel training mode is an organic system which is composed of thinking and philosophy of education, training objectives, training requirements, curriculum system, training process, and other elements. Corresponding the national economy and in the social development foundation, the posts and telecommunications universities in China should raise their personnel training mode in business management, relying on the information industry background, profiting from the domestic and foreign advanced experiences, manifesting their own specialized characteristic. Therefore their own undergraduate even more has the competitive advantage under the intense market competition and the stern employment situation. In this paper we introduce the present situation of personnel training mode in business management of posts and telecommunications universities in China, and then discuss the training objectives, the curriculum system establishment and the teaching method in business management of posts and telecommunications universities. We also specifically elaborate the principles, the way and the method on the innovations of personnel training modes in business management of P&T universities.
