A Method to Government Performance Appraisal in E-government

摘要：

The government performance appraisal has been a difficult problem so far,this paper proposes one method to government performance appraisal by the files analysis through the E-government system in information age. Through the E-government system,the superior government can gain Local government macro economic development and the social development data,can also obtain local government social activity files,it can prevent false data in the local government performance and correct the method to government performance appraisal by combining the society development data and the files analysis,and it may also analyze the government relative achievements,explain the relationship between local economy development tendency and the government conduct.
