Efficient and Stable Cleaning Steel Production Platform-Brief Introduction to Steelmaking Plant of SGJT Project
The steelmaking plant of the Iron and Steel project is integrated with the advanced steelmaking technology and builds an efficient and stable production platform for clean steel by adopting the completely new process flow. By adopting the process route of LDT transportation of the hot metal, full tri-de pretreatment of hot metal, little slag smelting with a high speed and 100％ refining treatment of molten steel, the steelmaking plant lays the first stone for realizing the high efficiency of continuous casting. Lots of mature and reliable advanced technologies are adopted for the continuous casting system, which can make the hope of realizing the best quality and the high efficiency of the capacity of the products.
