The general situation of continuously cast slab production technologies and equipment in TISCOs new stainless steel project, some new continuous casting technologies, such as hydraulic non-sinusoidal oscillation technology of mould, soft cooling of the mould, dynamic distribution of secondary cooling water, continuously cast stainless steel slab surface quality classification system etc. during our development of the high quality stainless steel slabs were introduced in this paper.
