Strength Analysis on Gear Ring of Ladle Turret of Continuous Caster

摘要：

The strength question of a key component- the big gear ring, which locate on the equipment of ladle rotating turret in a steel plant is discussed in the text. In order to attain work load acted on the big gear ring, the mathematics exploring technology and the electric measurement are used. Lastly, a strength evaluation of the big gear ring was obtained by the theory of the finite element analysis.
