H/D Recombination on Graphite and Tungsten: Collisional Data Relevant to Astrochemistry and Plasma-wall Interaction for Fusion
The work reports an extensive molecular dynamics study aimed at determining collisional quantities relevant to the Eley-Rideal ricombibation reaction of H/D atoms on graphite and tungsten surfaces. The subthermal and thermal collisional energy range (up to 4eV) was explored, while the surface temperatures are those typically met in the interstellar media and in fusion plasma components, Ts=10-100K and Ts=500-800K respectively.
